Team Kennet Juniors were in action on Sunday in the Berkshire indoor sportshall League, which was held at Eton. Despite it being Remberance Sunday which put a lot of sports onto the afternoon the juniors produced excellent performances with depleted teams. It was the girls that made the mark for the club and the under 11 girls team produced the shock result of a superb second place only 4 pts behind Reading. The promising thing was that only one of the girls will be moving out of the age group next year. The under 13 girls also matched this with a very strong Reading Side again on top, the B team finished 8th. The Boys struggled as athletes were playing Football or Rugby both age groups A teams were placed 5th with Slough taking the victories. The under 11 Boys B team were 9th.
